Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are working hard to address the issues and priorities on your estate. We are using this opportunity to update your estate action plan.

Lifts

You said:

  • There were lift issues on the estate and the lift at Mary Green was out of service too frequently

We did:

  • Replaced a major component in the lift at Mary Green and regularly monitoring the lifts

Cycle storage

You said:

  • Residents want to see more cycle storage on the estate

We did:

  • Fitted 3 new cycle storage areas on the estate at Mary Green, Gaymead and Lumsden

Activities for young people

You said:

  • Want to see more activities for young people

We did:

  • The Fresh Youth programme is taking place across Camden from October to December 2024

Cleaning

You said:

  • The estate could be cleaner

We did:

  • Arranged spot treatment and weeding works for September 2024 and April 2025
