Steps to submitting a CMP
You must account for timescales of CMPs in construction programmes and contracts.
- prepare your CMP: Construction Management Plan (CMP) pro-forma (Word)
- read the CMP guidance and requirements
- submit your CMP to: planningobligations@camden.gov.uk.
It can take around 6 to 12 weeks or more to approve the CMP, depending on the nature of the development and the number of revisions submitted.
How to make a complaint about a CMP
If you believe a construction site is not following its approved CMP, you can let us know by email at planning@camden.gov.uk - include the site address, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting details or evidence. We'll review your complaint and take appropriate action where necessary.
