Illegal parking

You said:

  • Residents wanted illegal parking on the estate addressed

We did:

  • The estate will be part of stage 2 of Traffic Management Order implementation

Communal lighting

You said:

  • Communal lighting around the estate could be improved, especially in the Car Park area

We did:

  • Raised repairs for lighting in the car park

General maintenance

You said:

  • General Maintenance around the estate could be improved

We did:

  • Put caretaker rotas and duties on display in communal areas
  • We arranged spot treatment and weeding works for September 2024 and April 2025
