Camden 100 in 100 – Pave the Way
We want to create inclusive employment pathways in Camden. Camden 100 in 100 – Pave the Way is a borough-wide campaign to secure 100 accessible employment opportunities in 100 days for residents who need them most. This includes care leavers, refugees and those with disabilities who can often be excluded from the labour market due to inaccessible recruitment systems.

You can help build a fairer, more inclusive Camden. A more inclusive workforce isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s better for business. Diverse teams bring fresh perspectives, greater innovation and stronger community connections.
Our youth mission
We’re committed to ensuring all young people in Camden have access to meaningful work and career pathways. Your pledge helps make this a reality.
What you can pledge
We welcome all employment pathways, including:
- work experience (short or long-term)
- internships or apprenticeships
- entry-level roles
- part-time or full-time
Opportunities can be ring-fenced for disadvantaged groups or open to all Camden residents, of any age. Pledges must be made between 3 November 2025 and 11 February 2026, and can be fulfilled anytime within the following 12 months.

We’ll work with you to define an opportunity that suits your organisation and our candidates.

- placement matching
- interview coordination
- mentoring advice
- pastoral and in-work support
We’ll also celebrate your involvement by sharing your contribution across our channels – showcasing your commitment to inclusive employment.
