Camden alcohol strategy 2025 to 2030

The Camden Alcohol Strategy 2025 to 2030 explains how Camden Council and our partners will work to reduce harm from alcohol.

The strategy focuses on:

  • preventing alcohol harm
  • acting early when there are signs of harmful drinking
  • supporting people who are dependent on alcohol

While outside of the direct scope, the strategy also links to community safety and alcohol licensing.

Developed with Camden residents

We created this strategy with and for Camden residents. It sets out:

  • our shared aims and values
  • current alcohol policy and strategies at local, national and international levels
  • recommendations, for the short-term and longer-term ambitions

Some actions have already started. The next step is to develop detailed action plans to continue progress in reducing alcohol harms for residents.
