Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are working hard to address the issues and priorities on your estate. We are using this opportunity to update your estate action plan.

Antisocial behaviour (ASB)

You said: 

  • ASB was an issue on the estate

We did:

  • Put regular patrols by Community Safety Officers in place along with the use of redeployable cameras

CCTV

You said:

  • There was not enough CCTV on the estate

We did:

  • Upgraded CCTV at Clarence Way, fitting new cameras at Candida Court, Lorraine Court and Torbay Court. Completing installation by June 2024

Cleaning

You said:

  • Estate could be cleaner

We did:

  • Put caretaker rotas and duties on display in communal areas
  • Arranged for hardstanding spray with grass cutting and shrub reduction to take place 3 times a year, next in February 2025
