Your council tenancy agreement
Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you (the tenant) and us (the landlord).
If you lose your copy of the tenancy agreement, ask your Neighbourhood Housing Officer for a replacement.
Tenancy conditions
When you signed your tenancy agreement, you agreed to accept the terms outlined in our tenancy conditions.
The tenancy conditions include:
- our duties as your landlord, such as repairing your home and providing caretaking services
- your rights and duties as our tenant, such as paying rent, taking care of your home and being considerate to your neighbours
