Free co-working space for your business

We’ve partnered with LABS to offer up to 10 free co-working spaces to Camden-based business owners.

This is a great opportunity to access high-quality workspace at no cost, helping you grow your business, connect with others, and focus in a professional environment.

Applications are now open and will close on 4 August 2025.

• potential mentorship from a LABS member

Who can apply

The scheme is open to start-ups, SMEs and established businesses based in Camden.

We particularly encourage applications from businesses in the following sectors:

• tech
• retail
• food and hospitality
• residential and commercial real estate (office and co-working)
• arts, entertainment and recreation
• information and communication
