Properties we're looking for
We're looking for properties that:
- have 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, especially 3 to 4-bedroom properties
- are in good condition and are being sold with vacant possession
- where we have the freehold such as purpose-built blocks or houses on estates
We'll assess properties based on housing needs and long-term affordability before committing to buy.
We're cash buyers and offer market prices, subject to an independent valuation. If required, we can be flexible on completion times to meet your requirements.

Any service charges and notified major works should be paid before completion. Any outstanding charges will be deducted from the completion payment.

We've had lots of interest in the buy-back scheme, so we've paused new applications for now.
