Neighbourhood Action Days

We’re making big changes across our housing services, and we want to hear our tenants’ and leaseholders’ views and experiences to help shape these changes.

Our programme of local Action Days is all about including and listening to our residents, and making council teams and services accessible to everyone. In 2023 and 2024, we held 35 local Action Days all over the borough, as well as visiting 6,600 of our tenant’s homes to speak with them directly.

We’re expanding on this popular programme for 2025, with another Neighbourhood Action Day in another part of the borough every fortnight, from May to September.

At each event, council teams will be there waiting to speak with you, to offer help and advice with things such as:

  • advice on minor repairs in your home and help to book larger repairs
  • questions about housing and tenancies with a Neighbourhood Housing Officer
  • cost of living advice and support
  • health advice on how to stay well
  • safety concerns where you live and in your local area

If you have any questions about Neighbourhood Action Days, call the Housing & Property Engagement Team on 020 7974 4444 or email us at tp@camden.gov.uk.
