Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are working hard to address the issues and priorities on your estate. We are using this opportunity to update your estate action plan.

Antisocial behaviour (ASB)

You said:

  • ASB on the estate needs to be addressed

We did:

  • Put regular patrols by Community Safety Officers in place along with the use of redeployable cameras

Illegal parking

You said:

  • Illegal parking on the estate is a problem

We did:

  • Car park gerda lock replaced in August 2024 to prevent unauthorised access
  • Ossulston Estate will be part of the first phase of Traffic Management Order implementation to address illegal parking

Communal areas

You said:

  • You wanted to see improvements to communal areas

We did:

  • Arranged for greening of Levita House north courtyard which will provide seating, green spaces and bike storage
  • Future neighbourhood 2023 will be working on more greenery across Somers Town

Activities for young people

You said:

  • Wanted to see more activities for young people.

We did:

  • Fresh Youth programme taking place across Camden between October to December 2024
