Thinking about your next steps at 16?

What you decide to do after Year 11 is important for your future. Your choices right now can affect how easily you get a job or continue your education later. At 16, you can either stay in full-time education or start working in a job that includes part-time education, such as an apprenticeship or training.

School sixth forms

Choose from Camden school sixth forms, including the popular LaSWAP Sixth Form Centre.

Further and higher education

Camden is also home to Capital City College further education (sixth form) college and much of the University of London and other university colleges. These offer a diverse range of further and higher education courses.

Colleges run full or part-time programmes. They offer other courses and lecture programmes, weekend schools and workshops.
