Listed buildings – Level 1
£900 including VAT for:
- minor internal works or repairs to listed buildings where there is no increase in floor space
This offer does not cover works which include external alterations.
Listed building – Level 2
£1800 including VAT for:
- external or internal alterations to a listed building

£200 including VAT for:
- specialist advice to review your Basement Impact Assessment (BIA)
For this offer you will be required to submit your Basement Impact Assessment (BIA). There will be an additional fee for the BIA review which your case officer will discuss with you.

Minor developments
£1217.50 including VAT for:
- residential conversions up to 4 residential units with no extensions
- extensions to non-residential buildings of up to 499m²
- non-residential changes of use of up to 499m2
- telecommunications equipment
- air conditioning or ventilation equipment
- shop fronts
- advertisements
- the demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area
- minor amendment to previously approved schemes
- discharge of conditions attached to previously approved schemes

Medium developments
£4562.50 including VAT for:
- residential conversion with extensions of 1 to 9 units
- residential new build of 1 to 9 units
- extensions to non-residential buildings of 500 to 999m²
- changes of use between 500 to 999m²

When you apply, you will need to provide:
- a summary of your proposal and what you want the advice to focus on
- drawings or sketches showing the proposal with labels like ‘existing front elevation’
- photographs of the site and the surrounding area

Additional fees
You may have to pay additional fees in certain situations. For example:
- multiple proposals for the same scheme will be charged at full rate for the first proposal, then 50% of that fee for each additional proposal
- schemes that would create additional units or floorspace for more than one use will be charged at the relevant fee for each use
