Registered high-rise residential buildings in Camden

The Building Safety Act 2022 requires the owners of residential buildings that are 18 metres or more in height, or have 7 or more floors, to register them with the Building Safety Regulator. These are classed as high-rise buildings.

We have provided the Building Safety Regulator with Building Safety Case reports for each registered building. The report describes how the building is designed, constructed, managed, and maintained to ensure that it's safe for our residents to live in it.

The regulator assesses each Building Safety Case report and then issues a Building Assessment Certificate if they’re satisfied with the information provided. Watch the Health and Safety Executive video about Building Safety Case Reports.
