Small business rates relief review
We are conducting a review of all businesses in Camden that have been awarded small business rates relief.
All ratepayers affected will have received notification about this process either in the post or by email.
Complete the online form at the bottom of this page to finish the process.
How to complete the review
The online form must be completed by the ratepayer or person authorised to sign off on behalf of the ratepayer.
This means where the ratepayer is:
- a partnership
- a partner of that partnership
- a trust, a trustee of that trust
- a body corporate
- a director of that body
You will need to give your name and what your position is when completing the form.
Deadline
All completed forms must be received by no later than 1 July.
If you do not respond and provide the information requested the relief will be removed from your account and the full charge will become payable.
To re-apply after this date, you will need to complete a new application form. We will do further checks, including a visit to the premises, before the relief is reinstated.
Business Rates will remain payable as billed in the meantime.

What happens next
If you are still entitled to receive small business rates relief, you will not hear back from us.
Continue to make payments in accordance with your latest bill, where required.
If your submission is rejected and small business rates relief removed, you will receive a new bill.
