Camden Council Youth Hubs (or ‘clubs’)
Camden Council has three Youth Hubs (or ‘clubs’) for young people aged 12 to 19 (or up to 25 for disabled children and those with special educational needs). These are safe, welcoming spaces where you can:
- meet new people
- join fun activities like sports, art, cooking, and trips
- get support and advice
- take part in accredited courses and workshops
- get involved throughout the year with term-time and school holiday activities
- one-to-one help for young people
- drug and alcohol support (FWD service)
- careers advice (Connexions)
Somers Town Youth Centre

Opening times (term time)
After-school sessions: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 3.30pm to 5pm
Youth club sessions: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 8.30pm
No appointment needed - just drop in during scheduled youth session times.
Activities
Activities include:
- Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, First Aid, Food Hygiene, moped training
- sports: football, boxing, gym, basketball
- creative workshops, volunteering, and youth forums
- careers advice and study support
- one-to-one support
- girls-only sessions
Daytime activities include:
- Community Kitchen: Wednesdays (term time), 2pm to 5pm - registered families can collect meals, eat together, and enjoy family activities. To register, drop in to the centre during Community Kitchen opening hours. Staff will check eligibility and register those eligible to collect meals
- Coffee mornings: Tuesdays, midday to 2pm - a relaxed space for residents to meet and connect
We are also open Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm (by appointment only).

Netherwood Youth and Family Hub

Activities
Activities include:
- arts, cooking, DJing, filmmaking, gardening
- accredited courses in First Aid and Food Hygiene
- sports: boxing, martial arts, gym
- careers advice, CV writing, budgeting
- youth-led projects and forums
- study support and one-to-one help

Highgate Haven Youth Club (formerly Fresh Youth Academy)

Youth club sessions: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, 4pm to 7pm and Wednesdays, 5pm to 7pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3.30pm to 6pm at Acland Burghley School
Thursdays, 4pm to 6pm at Lauderdale House.

Activities include:
- arts and creative projects (with Lauderdale House)
- music studio sessions
- healthy cooking workshops, gardening project and sewing club
- accredited courses: AQA Awards, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Duke of Edinburgh
- sports: football, dodgeball, basketball, gym
- life skills workshops: CV writing, budgeting, healthy relationships
- trips, residentials, and holiday programmes
