How we’re doing
We publish key data every 3 months (every quarter) to show how our housing and repairs services are performing.
For each measure, we show the latest figure and the one from the previous quarter. This helps you see what’s changed and whether we’re improving.

How we use data
We use this data to learn what’s working and what needs improvement. It helps us make better decisions and ensure we maintain our service standards.
We’re still developing our performance measures approach, so some of the measures may change as we improve it.
We also use data from the Tenant Satisfaction Survey to help us report on our performance as a social landlord to the regulator of social housing and to compare our performance to other landlords.
