Building safety cases
A building safety case report describes a high-rise building's:
- layout
- construction
- services
- management
- safety systems
The report demonstrates to the Building Safety Regulator all the steps we have taken to keep the building safe for residents, staff and visitors. It explains how we will prevent building safety risks from happening and reduce their severity if they do.

You should report any incident or risk to a high-rise building that you believe could cause structural failure or the spread of fire or smoke.

Contact your Building Safety Manager
Your building safety manager is there to provide:
- information on construction, maintenance, repair or servicing work in your building
- advice on staying safe at home and following your building’s fire safety guidance
- support if you or anyone in your home would need help to evacuate in an emergency
